I live in California but owned a rental property in Biloxi, Ms. I recently decided to sell this property. I was referred to Paul and it turned out to be a very good thing. After the tenants moved out it turned out that there was a fair amount of damage. I needed to find a contractor to repair the property. To make a long story short, Paul found a great contractor to do the repairs. Then I need additional work on the HVAC system and he found someone for that. He also got someone to pressure was the house and mow the lawn. To put it simply he got everything I needed to get the house ready to sell. He also supervised the process since I could not do it from out of state. On top of all that he turned out to be a really nice person and he made what started out to be a rather hectic experience in a pretty pleasant one.
